Note: If you are unable to fulfill your appointment and need to cancel, do so within 30 days and we will keep your deposit. Within 7 days, we will keep the deposit and charge 50% of the total service cost. Cancellations made within 24hrs full payment of the services requested will be required.

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposit required to hold date, time and therapist. (Varies depending on amount of services requested)

• On the day of service remaining balance, minus the deposit, is due. We accept Venmo, CashApp, Zelle and Square(for credit card payment)

• When multiple therapists are used each therapist will be paid directly for the services they provide, unless payment arrangements are made during the booking process.

• Groups with 6 or more people a 20% gratuity will automatically be added.
