Planning a corporate wellness day, a team or company retreat, a conference break or a wedding weekend on 30A? We send multiple therapists and wellness practitioners so a whole group can be cared for in one visit, at your office, rental home, venue or outdoor event space.
Mix and match massage, yoga, sound bath and breathwork, IV hydration and hands-on experiences to fit your headcount, schedule and space. Tell us about your event in your request and our team will put together a plan and a quote.

Chair massage
Seated and fully clothed, focused on the neck, shoulders and back, with no oil. Up to 15 minutes per person, so a whole team or a line of guests can rotate through.

30-minute massages, booked two or more per visit, so everyone gets a turn on the table.

Office wellness day
A chair massage rotation through the afternoon, with Mobile IV hydration available for the team.
Team or company retreat
Group yoga to open the day, Quick Reset or full-body massages in the afternoon, and a sound bath to close.
Weddings & celebrations
Chair massage for guests, Mini Facials and massages for the wedding party, and journals as keepsake gifts.
Good to know
Booking for a team or event
- ✦Quotes for groups. Call (850) 319-3155 or send a request with your date, location, headcount and the experiences you’re interested in.
- ✦Multiple therapists. Larger groups are served by several therapists at once. Each is paid directly unless other arrangements are made during booking.
- ✦Gratuity. Groups of 6 or more have a 20% gratuity automatically added.
- ✦Deposit. A deposit holds your date and team; the amount depends on the services requested. Read the full policies.
- ✦Mobile IV health intake. Guests receiving a Mobile IV infusion complete a brief health intake before their infusion.
- ✦Where we go. Offices, homes, venues and outdoor spaces across 30A and South Walton, Destin, Miramar Beach, Panama City Beach and Panama City, plus farther east for a small travel fee.
